Inline solution for inspection of caps

Cap Inspector is a user friendly solution for checking the quality of capping on automated bottling lines. The system features inline smart cameras that acquire images of every passing product and then inspect their quality.

What is Cap Inspector?

Cap Inspector is a fully automated inline inspection system that uses smart cameras and the machine vision industry's most advanced inspection software to:

• Check for missing caps
• Check for correct cap colour
• Check for loose caps
• Check for skewed or cross-threaded caps
• Check for presence of foil in the cap (optional)
• Check for presence of label on bottle (optional)

High-Speed Reject Control

Cap Inspector works seamlessly with the PCS High-Speed Reject Unit. A sequential staggered finger design allows for precisely timed rejection of failed bottles at speeds of over 500 bottles per minute.

Intuitive Touchscreen Interface

Cap Inspector affords the user a powerful inspection solution but keeps operator interaction to a simple, touch enabled and menu driven interface. The majority of users can master the operation of the system with little or no training. It is the ease of use, coupled with a robust and reliable inspection that guarantees production acceptance.
