| AnyFeed - Flexible Part Feeding |
| Our flexible parts feeders are well suited for many parts that are difficult to feed by traditional methods. This includes materials made from rubber, plastics, metal, wood and glass.
Soft parts do not vibrate well and complex parts tend to tangle. We can help customers successfully feed both types of parts.
|
AnyFeed is a flexible feeding system designed to handle bulk parts in combination with a robot and vision system.
Parts are fed and manipulated with patented feeding technology. On a single programmable feed track, parts are moved forward, backward, and/or flipped around in order to present them in the proper state for a robot to pick them up.
An integrated bulk feeder holds parts for long uninterrupted production runs and dispenses periodically parts onto the feed track. In case of a part change-over, all remaining parts in the system are automatically purged.

- The AnyFeed feeds parts from the bulk container and manipulates them into the desired orientation.
- The vision system monitors the pick zone and determines the pick location and transmits it to the robot. The vision system also lets the feeder know if there are too few, too many or no parts in the field of view and initiates appropriate action.
- The robot receives the pick location from the vision system and picks the random part and precisely places it on the outfeed.
